exercise yg simple tp sgt bermakne tuk korang..
lg2 yg nak diet tu..hehe..
aku pn nk start diet laa..hehe
tp bkn sng kot..
rase cam nk mkn jer ubat kurus..
sng jer turun tp korg kene tau akibtnye..
let say, kalo stop amik ubat tu,nnt kompem,berat korg pn stop turun..
berat akn naek,naek dan naek..
sound scary, right?..
so,today i want to share something that can lose ur weight juz use a simple exercise..
check it out....

jumping rope
 -jumping rope cam simple jer kan..leh start dlm bilik..pastu menggunakan tali jer..kalo korg mls nk kire,carik jer yg automatik kire tu..
-boxer slalo skipping tuk kuatkan kaki n 4 looking great n ringankn badan.  
-skipping for 30 min same as running a mile in 8 minutes, and you can burn 1,300 calories..wow,bykkan..
-tp kalo korg baru start, better buat 5 min..sok, 10 min, sok lg,15 min..


stair exercise
 -ni pn bagus gak..korang leh start ngan running up and down four flights of stairs two times. If you cannot do two reps at first, then just do one. Do this every other day for two weeks. 
-kalo daa biase, repeat the step.


Situps, pushups and squat exercise
-sit-up n push-up baguh tuk upper body
-kalo squat baguh tuk lower body n ur triceps..
--its gud b'coz that  build muscles, which increases your metabolism, making you burn more fat. 
-ni leh tgk cane squat tu..

-Staying active , Switch junk food, soda, and chips for fruits and vegetables.
-target, korgnye berat turun mybe 0.5/1 kg per week..jgn turunkan berat dgn sgt drastic sbb berat akn naek dgn jayanye..so, turunkan berat ckit2 dgn sabar & yaken..hehe
